Terms of Service

1. Agreement

By creating an account, deploying a project, or joining Evolution, you agree to these Terms and our Privacy Policy. You must be at least 16 years old or have parental consent.

2. Using Banao

• Keep your credentials secure; you’re responsible for actions in your workspace.
• Respect rate limits, API quotas, and other technical safeguards that keep the platform stable.
• Don’t ship malware, illegal content, hate speech, or anything that violates local law.
• Community spaces—including Evolution—require respectful, zero-spam behaviour.

3. Projects & Funds

You own your code and IP. By using Banao features you grant us a limited licence to store, process, and display workspace artefacts so the product functions. Funds creators must ensure listings are original, truthful, and compliant with payment regulations. Donations and Razorpay settlements are final unless otherwise required by law.

4. Payments

• Paid plans renew based on the billing cadence you select.
• Taxes may apply depending on your billing country or state.
• Failed invoices pause premium features until the balance is cleared.
• Chargebacks or disputed payments may lead to suspension.

5. Termination

You can close your account at any time. We may suspend or terminate access if you breach these Terms, abuse the service, or create security risks for others. We strive to give notice, but urgent cases (fraud, exploits) may require immediate action.

6. Disclaimers

Banao is provided “as is.” While we aim for 99.9% uptime, we don’t guarantee uninterrupted availability. We’re not liable for lost profits, data, or indirect damages. Some jurisdictions don’t allow these limits—if so, our liability is capped at the amount you paid in the twelve months preceding any claim.

7. Changes

We’ll update these Terms when needed and will post changes with a fresh effective date. Significant changes will trigger an email or Evolution update.

8. Mobile Access & QR Codes

The “Mobile” dropdown in our navigation provides a QR code that links directly to the official Banao WhatsApp line. The code changes regularly and should only be scanned from our site. By scanning, you consent to receive workspace updates, onboarding help, and deployment alerts through WhatsApp. Keep the code private—sharing it publicly may result in the chat being rate-limited or revoked to protect other builders.
